Vice President Namadi Sambo Gives Out Gen. Abdulsalami's Daughter in Marriage [Photos]

Vice President Namadi Sambo Saturday in Minna, Niger State gave out in marriage  the daughter of former military Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar.

Vice President Sambo who stood in for the bride's family, gave out Fatima Abubakar in marriage to Abdulazeez Adewale Oshinusi son of the Turaki Adini of Nigeria, Alhaji Kamal Oshinusi on a dowry of one hundred thousand naira. Otunba Oshinusi stood in for the groom.

The wedding Fatiha witnessed by several dignitaries including the host Niger State Governor Dr. Babangida Aliyu, and his Imo State counterpart Owele Rochas Okorocha, was conducted by the Chief Imam of Minna Central Mosque, Mallam Isa Fari.

Earlier Vice President Sambo was at the home of General Abdulsalami Abubakar on courtesy visit, where he met with the groom's family.
