NBA Star Dwyane Wade Surprises Fan at Prom After YouTube Invite [Video]

Nicole Muxo is a senior at Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High in Miami. She's also a huge fan of Miami Heat player Dwyane Wade. So in May, she made a minute-and-a-half YouTube video asking Wade to be her prom date.

This time, however, the story has a cute ending. On Friday, after calling Muxo to tell her he wouldn't be able to make it, Wade showed up dressed in a suit, with a bouquet of flowers in hand. Muxo is clearly floored, and Wade dances and takes photos with students before heading out.

Wade later uploaded their prom photo to Instagram with the caption, "I had a blast at Prom w @nicole_muxo... Never be 2 scared to ask.. They might just say yes... #dreamsdocometrue."
