Niger State Police Kill TWO Robbers
Niger State Police public relation officer, Richard Ogunche, confirmed this to The Niger Times, Wednesday in Minna, that men of the State's Police command killed two armed robbers in Bangi village in Mariga local government.
He said the robbers were apprehended during a stop and search operation along the busy Bangi road.
He also mentioned that the robbers tried to escape and in the process were killed by the men of the Niger State Police command.
The Police recovered a bag containing three (3) AK 47, 50 rounds of ammunitions and three (3) magazines from the dead robbers.
The command has also arrested two suspected car thieves for allegedly stealing a Toyota Camry car in Lagos and were on their way to Kano.
