He uploaded the snapshot of Peter’s tweets on his Instagram page with the caption: “Please send Peter a bottle” mentioning @goutdediamants - the official Instagram account of the world's most expensive champagne which goes for N250 million per bottle

Why not just send him the money in Cash.???
Am sure even a multi-talented and successful artist like Peter Okoye wouldn't mind the money.
