Angry Tenant Smashes Up Apartment After Landlord Refuses to Give back Deposit [Video]

An angry French tenant got his revenge after he failed to get his deposit back from his landlord - by smashing up the apartment with a sledgehammer.

Furious at not being given back his $2,500 deposit, the tenant decided there was only one way to get his own back.

He took the hammer to a bathroom mirror, door, toilet and shower cubicle to show his disgust, reports Metro newspaper.

For good measure, he also decided to video the moment he smashed up the apartment and posted the results on YouTube. Watch video below:



The short film, entitled "vengeance d'un locataire" (revenge of a tenant) has now been viewed more than half a million times, added Metro.
