Wizkid Becomes First Nigerian To Hit 1 million Followers on Twitter
Superstar Wizkid has become the first Nigerian artist to have 1 million followers on the popular social platform Twitter.
Wizkid beat D’banj (816,000), Don Jazzy (719,000), 2face Idibia (686,000), and actress Genevieve Nnaji (542,000) to the million followers mark on 19 February.
The singer joined the social platform five years ago. He is also popular on Facebook and Instagram where he has about 512,000 likes and 150,000 followers respectively.
